What packages does the ODR Solution offer?

Hosting of the RDO solution can be provided for you in a secure Microsoft Azure environment.  Other secure cloud partners options are also available and our team can facilitate discussions with your internal IT staff to best support the specific needs of your organization.

Can I add my own branding to the service?

Yes. Users, especially solo practitioners, have custom branding power. For example, you can brand all emails that are automatically sent from your service (i.e., when a party registers a case), and add your own logo to the website.

What dispute resolution choices can I offer my clients?

The ODR solution supports users in offering negotiation, mediation or arbitration as individual choices, or as any combination of those choices.

How secure is the ODR Solution?

Equipped with end-to-end user encryption for all forms of communication and file sharing, only authorized users with usernames and passwords are granted access. All such credentials are encrypted with 256 bit encryption.

What will be the web address of my service?

Users have two choices of domain names:

How much does it cost to license the ODR Solution?

Users will only pay a one-time set up charge, followed by an annual license fee. The annual license fee includes technical support and is based on the number of neutral parties, administrators and case credits.

Can I see a live demo?

Absolutely! We love demonstrating all the ins-and-outs of the ODR Solution and how it transforms the entire dispute resolution process. Our subject-matter experts walk you through an entire mock case, answering all your questions along the way, so you can experience the whole process.

Do I need to install anything to use the ODR Solution?

The ODR Solution is very user-friendly. You just need a web browser and headphones/a webcam for the conferencing tool. If you or your clients work behind a firewall and have not granted permission to the application, you either need to install the app or configure your firewall to allow the service to operate.

What hardware and software will my clients need?

All users, administrators and neutrals will require the following hardware and software requirements:

  • Hardware: Mac, PC with minimum screen resolutions of 1024 x 786
  • Broadband connection: Minimum speed of 2mbps for Video Communications
  • Accessories: Webcam for Video Communications, Headphones for audio communications
  • Software: Google, Opera or Firefox browser.
How quickly can my service be set up?

With minimal customizations, your service is stood up in only a matter of days. Depending on the nature of your customizations, some circumstances may take a few weeks.
